Describe the problem in your own words
Tell us what takes too much time, what customers cannot do today, or what you want to launch. “I need customers to book appointments online” is a useful start. If you already have a website or tool, explain what should change. Avoid including passwords, private customer records or other sensitive information.
Give the builder the context that matters
A useful brief includes the people who will use it, the main job it must do, and the systems it needs to connect to. A preferred timeline and budget range help narrow the scope, but you can send your initial request without either.
Understand what happens next
Your request goes privately to Byndro administrators for review. The team can follow up by email to clarify your project and discuss next steps. It is not automatically published or sent to every builder. Sending a request does not guarantee a match or response time.
Agree on scope before committing
Before hiring anyone, ask for relevant examples, a written scope, milestones, the expected total cost and what happens after launch. Clarify ownership of source code, hosting and ongoing maintenance. Byndro’s request form itself requires no payment or commitment.
