Terms of Service

Effective: September 30, 2026 · Version 2026-09-30-v2

These Terms form an agreement between you and Noah Graff trading as Byndro, an individual business in the United Kingdom. Our business contact address is Ridgemead Road, Englefield Green, TW20 0YD, United Kingdom. Email support@byndro.com for service, billing, legal or privacy requests.

Byndro provides software for builders of websites, apps and automations to research potential clients. Client Influx searches sources, checks evidence and organizes opportunities. It does not provide customers, guarantee replies or revenue, or establish that a person has consented to marketing. Optional project-request and communication tools do not make Byndro a party to a client-builder contract.

These Terms explain the service you are buying, its limits and your billing rights. The Privacy Policy explains personal-data handling. You can save a copy of these Terms. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights under an earlier purchase.

What your plan provides

Your plan provides access to the available lead-research features and usage allowances described on the plan and purchase screens. Byndro searches configured sources, applies screening checks and saves opportunities that pass those checks. We will provide the agreed service with reasonable care and skill. A subscription is payment for these tools and allowances, not a purchase of a fixed number of customers, projects or sales.

Searches can return fewer leads than your allowance, including none. Results depend on your market, search settings, available sources and the evidence found. “Approved,” “qualified” and “verified” lead labels refer to the checks described in the product at the time of research; they are not a guarantee of complete accuracy, current buying intent, an available budget, an exclusive lead or permission to contact someone. Review the source and contact route before acting. Product examples illustrate the workflow and are not promised results.

We do not guarantee a response, a client win, income, continuous availability or a particular time to find a lead. These limits do not excuse a failure to supply an agreed feature or override a description or promise that forms part of your contract, including legally binding statements made before purchase.

Eligibility and accounts

Marketplace use

Clients must describe projects, privacy, budget, timeline, files, and acceptance criteria honestly. Builders must submit offers they are qualified and available to perform, protect project information, and comply with any agreed confidentiality terms. Project access and direct messaging may be limited until the required connection, offer, or detail grant exists.

Byndro provides matching, records, messaging, and workflow tools. Clients and builders independently decide whether to contract, the final scope, intellectual-property transfer, tax treatment, and any professional or regulatory requirements.

Subscriptions, prices and limits

The service and contract are offered in English. You need an internet connection and a current web browser. Choose an available plan, review its limits and renewal terms, then review and confirm the final charge in Stripe. Payment methods available to you are displayed there. Each paid billing period is one month; renewal continues until canceled.

Free requires no payment card and does not automatically become a paid plan. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions in USD: Own key $7, Pro $15 and Max $30. The Plans & billing page shows availability and daily, weekly and monthly usage limits; the final payment screen shows the total payable and any tax before you confirm. Own key requires your own AI provider account, billed separately. Optional third-party maps, search and email services can have separate charges.

Paid plans automatically renew every month until canceled. A paid plan begins once payment is confirmed. Usage limits are ceilings, not promised results; searching can use runtime without producing an approved lead. Usage resets by calendar period, while payment renews on your subscription billing date. Unused allowances do not roll over.

Stripe processes payments and provides billing-management tools; Byndro is the seller. We do not receive or store full card numbers. You can review and correct payment details in Stripe before confirming. A paid upgrade credits unused time, starts a new monthly billing cycle and charges for the new plan; Stripe displays the amount and renewal date before confirmation. No upgrade is charged merely by opening its review screen.

A failed renewal does not extend access beyond the last confirmed paid period. Payment-provider retries may occur according to the billing notices. Cancellation or expiry ends paid allowances; any Free or separately granted access remains subject to its own limits. Export information you need before deleting your account. Account deletion is handled separately from cancellation and does not itself cancel recurring charges.

Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds

Cancel future renewals using Plans & billing → Cancel subscription. There is no requirement to give a reason or accept a retention offer. A cancellation scheduled for the end of a paid period preserves access until that date. Keep the confirmation and check that billing shows renewal is canceled.

You can also submit the online cancellation, withdrawal or refund form, email support@byndro.com, or write to the business address above. Include the account email and enough information to identify the subscription; never send card details. Support may verify ownership before changing an account. We record when your notice arrives; our review does not change that date.

Canceling a future renewal does not automatically request a refund of an earlier payment. Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of entering a service contract, including in the UK and EEA, and may have other rights where they live. Where applicable, request withdrawal clearly; no particular wording or explanation is required. Starting to use Byndro does not by itself waive those rights. We do not require a blanket waiver of withdrawal rights. Any deduction for service already supplied will be made only where the applicable law allows it.

No voluntary money-back guarantee: except where required by applicable law or your contract, payments are not refundable merely because you change your mind, do not use the service, cancel part-way through a paid period or do not obtain replies, clients or revenue. Ordinary cancellation stops future renewals and does not create a pro-rata refund for unused time. This does not restrict a valid statutory withdrawal or a remedy for a failure to provide the agreed service.

If the service is faulty, unavailable or materially different from what was agreed: contact support with the affected feature, dates and any relevant evidence you have so we can investigate and provide the remedy due. Depending on the problem and applicable law, this may mean correcting the service, a price reduction, a partial or full refund, or another contractual or statutory remedy. We do not make your rights dependent on our sole discretion or require an explanation for exercising a statutory withdrawal right.

Nothing here excludes mandatory refund or service-quality rights, or a longer cancellation period where the law requires it. For a valid statutory withdrawal, we refund within the applicable deadline, normally 14 days after receiving your notice, using the original payment method unless lawfully agreed otherwise. Refunds for other remedies follow their applicable legal deadlines. Contact support promptly about an incorrect or duplicate charge; we will investigate and correct any billing error.

Offers, changes and separate projects

An optional retention offer, if available, applies to one renewal only and cannot be stacked or repeatedly claimed. Its discounted amount, ordinary renewal price and conditions are shown before acceptance. You may still cancel. We will notify you in advance of material subscription price or entitlement changes and provide an opportunity to cancel before they take effect; we do not retroactively change the price of an already-paid period.

A subscription pays for Byndro software access, not work performed by another builder. We do not offer escrow, protected project payments or builder payouts through this subscription checkout. Any separate project contract or fee must be disclosed and agreed separately; a legacy manual fee record is not an automatic charge.

Client Influx

Acceptable use

Do not use Byndro for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, harassing, infringing, privacy-invasive, unsafe, malware, credential theft, spam, fake verification, manipulated reviews, or unauthorized surveillance activity. Do not upload secrets or production credentials except through a specifically designated protected field. Do not overload, reverse engineer, resell, scrape, bypass access controls, or build a competing contact database from Byndro.

User content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you submit and confirm you have the rights needed to submit it. You grant Byndro a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, display, secure, moderate, and process that content only as needed to operate and improve the service, enforce these Terms, and comply with law. Ownership of commissioned deliverables is determined by the client-builder agreement and applicable law, not by Byndro.

Reports, disputes, suspension, and deletion

Byndro may review content, verification, payments, complaints, and evidence; restrict a feature; suspend an account; preserve evidence; or remove content when reasonably needed for safety, law, nonpayment, security, source-policy compliance, or these Terms. Users may contact Support to appeal. Account deletion does not erase records that Byndro must retain for disputes, fraud prevention, fees, tax, legal claims, or suppression.

Third-party services

Byndro relies on third-party identity, authentication, AI, search, email, maps, hosting and payment services. Source availability, provider limits and changes to their services may affect a feature. You must hold valid credentials and permissions for integrations you connect. This does not remove Byndro's responsibility to provide the service it has agreed to supply or any remedy due if it fails to do so.

Disclaimers and liability

AI and public-source information can be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. You remain responsible for reviewing it and deciding whether to contact or contract with another person. Byndro does not undertake to perform a builder's project or guarantee another user's conduct. These limits do not exclude responsibility for our own breach of contract, lack of reasonable care and skill or other legal duties.

For business customers, to the extent permitted by law, Byndro excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss and lost profits, revenue or business opportunities. Consumers retain their mandatory rights to remedies and compensation. We do not exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Your own compliance responsibilities do not remove ours.

Changes and governing law

Material changes will be dated and may require renewed acceptance. The laws of England and Wales govern these Terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or courts available where they live. You may raise complaints through support@byndro.com.
