Your AI assistant: data & outreach

Feature notice · October 15, 2026. Read alongside our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

What goes to the AI provider

When you select an approved lead or request a rewrite, Byndro sends OpenAI that lead's saved research and contact context, your sender name and service description, selected draft language, and requested drafting direction. These are used to prepare an email, follow-up and phone-call script. The assistant currently uses the same ChatGPT subscription connection as included lead research. Provider-side processing and retention depend on the active service and its settings; do not assume the protections of a business API apply to a subscription connection. Other users' leads, private credentials and your workspace's raw model prompts are not included. Do not put secrets or unnecessary sensitive personal information in your offer or drafting direction. See our service-provider notice for provider information.

What stays saved

Your sender settings and most recent drafts and edits are private to your account. They remain available after your search allowance runs out. To manage storage, the assistant retains the latest 500 lead drafts per account; older drafts may be regenerated from leads that remain approved. Draft data is deleted with tenant data when account deletion is completed, subject to the backup retention explained in our Privacy Policy. Request access or deletion at support@byndro.com.

Connecting your own mailbox

Free, Pro and Max accounts with outreach access may connect a Gmail or Microsoft mailbox when that provider is available. You authorize the connection directly with your provider. Byndro requests permission to send mail and basic account identity, plus renewable authorization so you do not need to sign in for every message. It does not request inbox-reading permission. Byndro stores the connected email address and encrypted access and refresh tokens privately in your account. Tokens and mailbox authorization are not sent to the AI drafting provider. Byndro does not receive your mailbox password.

When you confirm Send, the reviewed recipient, sender, subject and message are transmitted to Google or Microsoft to send from your account. These providers process the message under their terms and policies. Byndro stores recipient, subject, timestamps, provider references and sending status for up to 90 days; unresolved sending records remain until you reconcile them. Drafts remain subject to the 500-draft retention above. Your do-not-contact list remains until you remove a preference or delete your account. Disconnect removes Byndro’s saved mailbox tokens, pending connection request and unsent review, and stops future sending through that connection. Provider-side permissions may also be removed in the provider’s account settings. Data is deleted with your tenant when account deletion is completed, subject to backup retention.

Byndro's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Connected mailbox data is not used to train generalized AI models, sold, or used for advertising.

You decide whether to contact someone

The assistant generates drafts; it does not independently send, bulk-send, schedule follow-ups or make automated calls. Connected sending requires your review and confirmation for each message. Free allows 1 send per UTC day, Pro 30 and Max 100, subject to your provider's limits and account permissions. “Open email draft” passes the message to your email app for review. “Open phone dialer” opens your own dialer. Copying a draft does not send it.

A lead's approval and public contact details do not establish consent to marketing, interest in your services, or a legal basis for contact. Requirements vary by country, recipient type and channel. Before sending or calling, confirm your lawful basis and any required consent, source or platform rules, calling preferences and do-not-call restrictions. Identify yourself accurately, respect objections and opt-outs, and do not follow up when contact is prohibited or unwanted.

AI drafts and saved evidence can be wrong or outdated. Review the recipient, claims, relevance and wording. Byndro does not promise replies, clients, payments or legal clearance for a recipient. Provider acceptance is not proof of delivery. If sending cannot be confirmed, check your mailbox's Sent Items before marking the message as sent or not sent; Byndro does not automatically retry uncertain messages. Because Byndro does not read your inbox, you must monitor replies and record objections using the assistant's do-not-contact controls before any further outreach.
